Ground Lamb Recipe

Rosemary & Garlic Lamb and Potatoes

Heat oil in a large skillet or a dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the ground lamb, potatoes, onion and Serrano pepper and cook for 10 minutes until meat is browned. 

Add the garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and stir for 2 minutes.

Cover for 2 more minutes.

Add a sprinkle of paprika and mix well.
